To Work at STRONG BOND Events all must have a LEVEL 2 Background Check
Click this LINK FOR LEVEL 2 SCREENING. There will be a drop down, select AHCA because it will allow me to have access to the screening (this may change to DCF if you only provide childcare, but until I have access to DCF screens, I am asking everyone to choose AHCA who retains prints as well as photographs you, DCF currently does not).
I need the following criteria to met for all babysitters
- A PASSPORT PHOTO (if you don’t have a passport, get one relatively cheaply (you should be photographed for the Level 2, if they do not offer to photograph you, ask them, otherwise get a passport photo.
- Military background check (vetted through the MILITARY) – NOTE: Some of you have already been vetted
Good news, the military is agreeing to pay for the cost of their C-NACI check. They are not paying for the cost of finger prints. They are also asking for a PASSPORT PHOTO.
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS HOW TO OBTAIN A PASSPORT PHOTO. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO GET A PASSPORT) ALL THAT IS NEEDED IS AN OFFICIAL PASSPORT PHOTO, AT AAA Office OR
|Passport Offices (call for price)|

What is Strong Bonds??
Strong Bonds are weekend seminar retreats for Military Forces Single Soldiers, Married Couples and Families to focus on their relationships. For the Marriage Enrichment seminars, the Chaplain covers topics such as expectations, communications, reunion and friendship. He provides tools for the couple to use in the future. For the Singles Soldier seminar, the Chaplain helps soldiers establish relationship goals and gain essential skills in mate-choosing patterns. And Family Wellness seminar is for the entire family to come to an off-post retreat and gain skills to help sustain healthy interactions, relevant teaching and training. They will also have time for relaxation, recreation, fellowship and fun.
Attendance for service may be in lieu of drill. All service members will receive a performancecertifi cate upon completion of the seminar. Dual military or single Soldiers there unit can provide travel order at their discretion. For the Family Wellness Retreat, daycare is provided on-site, it is not provided on-site for the Marriage Enrichment or the Single Soldier Retreat. Although we are currently working on having childcare costs reimbursed to attending service members.
What does that mean for us?
We provide child care in a group setting for STRONG BOND events. The number of children can range from 10 to 50 and up to over 100 children!
